Please join us for the NHCRS Women’s Group meeting on Sunday, May 3rd at 12:15p in the Youth Center.
Our guest speaker will be NHCRS member, Jennifer Schwartz. She is a graduate of Santa Monica’s program in Spiritual Psychology and Soul-Centered Life Coaching and she will be speaking on the topic, “Positively Aging”.
As we grow older, each stage of life offers the chance for deeper wisdom, compassion and perspective. In this conversation, we’ll reflect on how gratitude, inner awareness and meaningful connection can help us embrace the later seasons of life with grace and purpose.
