Every Thursday at 12:30PM in the Jr. Church, Rev. Skip Jennings will lead you in a Chair Yoga class. {$15 Suggested Donation)
Take a break and reconnect with your mind and body in our welcoming Chair Yoga class. This gentle, accessible practice uses a chair for support, making it perfect for all levels and abilities. Stretch, strengthen, and de-stress—If you have a yoga mat or blocks, feel free to bring them along.
