Asilomar 2009

Oh I am very excited as I received a call letting me know that my meditation workshop was chosen for one of the workshops at this years Asilomar Conference. So many things to do. Like record that new CD - this most difinately lite the fire under me to get it done in time for the conference. Many blessings to you all!

Navigating the Waters -- The Path of Least Resistance

Allow me to use a gym metaphor today: The path of least resistance doesn't build muscle.

Whether I'm lifting with 5 lb weights when I know I'm capable of heavier ones, or walking on the treadmill at a slight incline when I know I can handle a steeper grade, I may think I'm getting a workout, but I'm not building muscle. INTERNET VIRGIN ARRIVES!

tHIS IS The third time I have tried to send a friendly greeting. Let's hope this time it gets delivered to someone and not just myself. I'm just learning the whole internet and Ronnie is helping me at the moment and I still don't exactly understand e-mail yet. Leonard Cohen concert

It's midnight, we just got home from the Leonard Cohen concert. Beyond amazing - incredible poetry, and an ensemble group of musicians who are indescribable. A night to remember.
