On my spiritual journey I have encountered and/or worked with Catholicism, meditation, Buddhism, Unity, lots of self-help books, Al-Anon, Feng Shui, Angels, Spirit Guides, Tarot, Animal Totems, Energy Vortexes, Affirmations, Reiki, and now, Science of Mind (yay)! Of especial importance in my spiritual growth is growing through volunteering/being of service and of course, parenting.
Favorite spiritual authors are: Sonia Choquette, Emmet Fox, Hafiz, Sanaya Roman, Robert Moss, Thich Nhat Hanh, Thomas Troward, and certainly not least, Ernest Holmes!

He said to do them whenever negative feelings come to you and they will lift you out of it and replace the old habitual neuro pathways you have made with more positive ones so you can demonstrate more happiness in your life. He said to go into the bathroom to do them if you are embarrassed by your coworkers or others seeing you. Your gratitude dance was a great example. The actual movement of each one is not scientific. Just assign a movement to a feeling and stick to it for muscle memory effect. Have a great day.
