This Ministry is in place to call, visit, or spiritually assist, individuals while in the hospital or recuperating at home.  The St. Joseph's Hospital positions are open to anyone interested in assisting the elderly.  Free training is provided to volunteers for Seniors, Senior Peer Counseling, and Hospice training.

This team is the healing arm of the church.  Practitioners serve our Church community through the use of Spiritual Mind Treatments and Affirmative Prayer, or to hold Vigil.

A Ministry made of creatively like minded individuals, who collectively use their talents for a variety of Church social events.

A dedicated group of volunteers who are responsible for all recording, sound, and lighting requirements for all Church activities.

A group of dedicated volunteers who collectively assist in all areas of Church services.  Tasks include ushering and greeting visitors as well as set up and preparation of all Church activities.

Youth and Family — Madeline Morgan, R.Sc.P.  (818) 763-1396
This Ministry consists of dedicated volunteers who assist in the education, social activities, and growth of our youth.  Ages include nursery through teens.

The committees described above offer numerous volunteer opportunities.  Please contact the chairperson or the church office to volunteer for service.  The Urban Angels include seven separate ministries.  All congregants are invited to participate in the ministry of their choice (except for the Ministry of Prayer, which is restricted to Practitioners and Practitioner students).  The Urban Angels asks for a three month commitment to the ministry of your choice.  After that you may move to another ministry of your choice.
